This page explains how to request deletion of your BabelEar Pro account operated by KapTable AI Limited.
How to delete your account
To delete your BabelEar Pro account, open BabelEar Pro, go to Account or Settings, and choose Delete Account.
You may also request deletion by emailing admin@kaptable.ai from the email address associated with your BabelEar Pro account. If your account uses a private relay email or another sign-in identifier, include enough information for us to locate the account.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes your BabelEar Pro account profile, email address, user ID, authentication tokens, linked-device associations, server account data, and associated app usage or credit records from BabelEar Pro systems.
Deletion is permanent. Unused purchased minutes, credit balances, and account history are not recoverable after deletion.
What may be kept
We may retain records that we must keep for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, or purchase-verification purposes. This may include store transaction IDs, product IDs, purchase tokens, invoices, refund records, or minimal audit records needed to comply with law or protect the service.
We do not use retained records to rebuild your deleted BabelEar Pro account.
Retention period
We aim to complete account deletion requests within 30 days after verifying the request. Backup copies and security logs may take up to 90 days to expire through normal retention cycles.
Records retained for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or purchase-verification purposes are kept only for as long as required or reasonably necessary for those purposes.
